General

The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To purchase goods through this site you must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement. All orders will be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Product Information

All images, photographs and specifications have been made available by the manufacturers and whilst it is our intention that all information on the site be as accurate and current as possible we cannot guarantee this. All actions taken by the user of the site are the responsibility of the individual.

Prices

All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charge, except where stated. The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be stipulated once your order is placed whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Errors & Omissions

In the event of a pricing error be it due to typographical, supplier error or any other unforeseen changes we shall have the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price even after the order has been confirmed. If payment has been charged to your credit card and we cancel your order we will immediately issue a full refund for the value of the incorrect product including delivery charges.

Availability of Goods

All products listed are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods you will not be charged, any payment already charged to your credit card will be refunded in full. We cannot however be held responsible for any other losses you may suffer if the goods cannot be supplied.

Other

Goods will remain the property of Audio Images (UK) Ltd until payment in full has been received. Title to the product passes at the time of despatch and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery. We do not offer credit facilities all orders must be paid for before despatch. We will enclose a copy of your invoice with your delivery.

Store

Offers on this website are exclusive to this website and will not be available in store.

Order Status

Audio Images (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the value to the customer’s credit card at the discretion of the management.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Audio Images (UK) Ltd. under this agreement shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Audio Images (UK) Ltd. be liable to the purchaser or end user for loss of profit or other economic loss, or any indirect, special, consequential or other similar damages, however caused, on any theory of liability that injury to person or damage to property occurred from the use or misuse of the product. In the event of malfunction considered to be related to the product purchased from Audio Images (UK) Ltd, the vehicle must in the first instance be returned to the original installer or if unavailable the appointed installer by Audio Images (UK) Ltd. for investigation and diagnosis. If the malfunction is not resolved this must be referred to Audio Images (UK) Ltd for further investigation and diagnosis prior to any main dealer or other repairer involvement.

Indemnity

The purchaser and end user shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Audio Images (UK) Ltd, its members, managers, officers, directors, affiliated entities, agents and employees against all damages, claims, liabilities, losses and other expenses including legal fees and costs, that in any way arise out of or relate to the negligent or wilful acts or omissions of the purchaser and end user with respect to the product an or operation of a vehicle which contains the product. Video In Motion products are designed for passenger entertainment use only.

AUDIO IMAGES (UK) LTD SELLS PRODUCTS ON THE BASIS THAT THE PURCHASER HAS THOROUGHLY CHECKED SUITABILITY AND SPECIFICATIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
